Revision Policy

After Client receives the completed order, he/she can request to revise the paper an unlimited number of times at no charge. In order to get the most of this option, Client should comply with the following rules:

1. The instructions for and comments on the revision must correspond with the initial instructions for the order. If Client changes the instructions, the revision of his/her order will be charged additionally in accordance with the new requirements. The type of service and the number of pages for the additional payment should be agreed with the writer and depends on the number of changes.
2. To use the revision option, Client should send a revision request or a message with the revision request via his/her account or e-mail, indicating the number of the order and the necessary instructions for the revision.
3. The number of revisions is unlimited within 10 days after the initially set deadline expires. If the order is longer than 30 pages, this time period is 20 days. Please keep that in mind. After 10 (20) days pass, the revision will be charged additionally.
4. If Client has any complaints about his/her personal writer’s work, he/she may request to change this writer after 3 revisions. Also, Client should provide rational reasons for such request and set a maximally extended deadline (more than 8 hours) so we can find a new writer. If there are no particular reasons for changing the writer or the deadline is not extended enough, the initially assigned writer cannot be changed.
5. In order to get a refund, Client should request at least two revisions of the order. If the order is urgent (the time set is shorter than 24 hours), one revision is enough. In both cases, Client should provide valid arguments to support the request.
6. The earliest deadline for revision is 3 hours. If the order is urgent (the time set is shorter than 24 hours), the earliest deadline for revision is 2 hours. Depending on the required corrections and other individual conditions, in some cases the revision can be completed faster. Please note that if the writer completes the order considerably earlier than the deadline expired, he/she can use the remaining time to complete the revision.
7. Client cannot get a partial refund if he/she did not request the revision of the order. The refund may be possible if the initially assigned writer was changed. Please remember that you still should request 2 or 1 (for urgent orders) revisions before requesting the refund.
