Here are the terms that will be used in this agreement.
“We”, “Our”, “The Service”, “Company” are used regarding Homeworkdoer.ca online company.
“Customer”, “Client”, “You” and “Your” refer to the person who uses our website in any way and is aware of the company’s policies and terms and conditions, hence is responsible for the choices made concerning the service.
“Website” or “Site” stands for Homeworkdoer.ca.
“Order” is the set of requirements specified in the order form concerning the expected product. It is the obligation of clients to double check the order instructions to make sure they are clear and exact. Placing an order is only possible via Order Form on the Website, and it will be processed only after the payment. Orders placed via chat, phone, or e-mail conversations are not considered as valid ones.
“Product” is the paper, presentation, audio or video file, Excel table or any other program file that was completed by our company according to the instructions given by Client. Products are available on Client’s personal page after completion.
By placing an order for a product and paying for it, Client confirms that he/she is fully aware of the company’s policies (Revision Policy, Money Back Policy and Privacy Policy) and Terms and Conditions and is responsible for his/her decisions.
Homeworkdoer.ca has the right to change the Agreement whenever updates are needed. It is a must for Client to check the actual content of the Agreement before placing orders, as well as to follow the notifications about the modifications.
Our clients are given the right to use the Website for personal purchases. Clients are not allowed either to change or to modify the content owned by the company without a written permission from Homeworkdoer.ca. The use of the Website’s content with the commercial purposes is prohibited unless there is a written consent issued by Homeworkdoer.ca. The limited license also covers the information on clients’ personal pages.
Homeworkdoer.ca is not responsible for the timely update of the information on the Website. The data on the Website are provided with the aim of giving general information only. The company is not in charge of any out-of-date data, so Client can use them at his/her own risk.
Pricing of the products offered by our company is available on Pricing page. There Client can find the prices per page that depend on the selected service, academic level and deadline. The VAT is added for clients from the UK and the EU. The prices of specific products requiring poster design, Excel sheets accomplishment or usage of specific software may differ from those stated. In this case, Support Team will contact Client immediately to inform about extra charges.
The prices are fixed, but discounts are possible for new and returned customers, as well as on Black Friday and certain holidays.
We do not guarantee that the products are exactly as requested in instructions. In case you consider that you have received the product that is not as described, you are welcome to request free revisions according to the regulations set by our Revision Policy. It is also possible to get a refund if the regulations of our Moneyback Policy are followed.
Homeworkdoer.ca is not responsible for the hyperlinks leading from the Website and the references indicated in the order’s content, even if they may cause the loss of confidentiality or damage to the software. Clients follow these links or references at their own risk.
The company is the owner of all texts produced and delivered as the result of cooperation with clients. It is not allowed to resell, copy, duplicate, publish or submit the papers that were delivered by the company. The texts must be deleted and/or destroyed after they are used as reference materials. All texts are properly referenced according to Harvard, APA, MLA, Chicago (Turabian) or Oscola paper formats.
The service is used by clients at their own risk. The company works on “as is” and “as available” principles. We leave the right to terminate accounts and limit the access to the service in case the company’s policies and these terms and conditions are breached. Client is the only person who is responsible for possible damages and losses because of using the service and its materials.
No rights to the texts can be forwarded to clients or purchased by them. Client pays for research, editing, collection and delivery of the requested information only. Client agrees with the prohibition of changing the Website’s content in any way without the written consent from the company.
Clients are not allowed to share any information about the services that they receive from Support Team. All information is considered the company’s property. On our part, with our Privacy Policy conditions we also guarantee privacy of our clients’ information.
Client has no right to pass his/her account to third parties.
The Agreement becomes valid once Client enters Homeworkdoer.ca, places orders and checks the information provided. The written allowance to breach any of the conditions stated does not mean the allowance to breach any other point of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are considered valid unless the opposite is confirmed by the judicial decision.
